Jasmine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is an Advanced Practice Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. She then continued her education at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work.
Jasmine has experience working in mental health day treatment and Intensive Outpatient Programs where she facilitated individual and group therapy interventions. Jasmine believes in the ability to utilize an eclectic treatment approach in order to provide the most effective therapeutic experience for her patients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches have been focuses of her work thus far. She has experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, stress-management, grief, loss, and multiple other areas within the mental and behavioral health spectrum.
Jasmine grounds her work through her passion for interconnectedness among individuals and their families, friends, and communities. Through her personalized, insight-oriented, biopsychosocial approach, Jasmine devises an understanding of the individual as a whole and takes pride in prioritizing individual’s unique, lived experiences to cultivate insight and growth.
