Ann takes an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to fit the needs of her clients. She believes in creating a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that allows people to explore thoughts and feelings, develop skills, and work toward their goals.

Ann approaches counseling with a client-centered and strength-based lens that utilizes interventions from a variety of theoretical orientations. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and families who have sought treatment for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, trauma, family issues, and other co-occurring disorders.

Ann holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Mount Mary University. She aims to utilize her skills and expertise to offer a supportive, understanding, and confidential environment that fosters personal growth and allows her clients to find solutions to life's problems.
