Goals and Outcomes: “Life is hard, and triggers are unavoidable. Change is unpleasant in the short term, but can improve the quality of our lives in the long-term. The goal of therapy is to identify the obstacles and learn ways to change our thoughts and behaviors resulting in less emotional distress. My end goal is to empower people to confidently resolve their struggles independent of mental health professionals in the future once they refine their skills. I offer a safe, confidential presence and am eager to offer support and guidance on your journey.”
